    Rear cubby parts

Well after looking at options I've come to the conclusion that the best place for speakers are the doors and the rear cubby holes.
Does anyone on here have some original beige panels or cubby panels for sale ?
    Thanks

I'm getting new panels made with holes cut for speakers rather than cubby holes. Word of warning, the doors have a tempting spot for speaker installation (down at the bottom close to the A-post) but depending on the depth of the speaker will require some metal cutting and the pocket will become useless.

I'm not a fan of speakers in the cubbies with passengers either damaging them or being blasted with sound. It ruines the look of the door cards too.
Ian Milothedog uses his speakers in a clever space under the seat. Also good places are at the back of the front parcel shelf.
As always each to their own. I personally am pleased with my stereo single speaker. As said the exhaust does the rest.

That's fine for the bass frequencies, but the high frequencies are very directional. Low frequencies at high volumes would not be good for sufferers of piles

For the high frequencies I found a small pair of speakers from an Audi and they fit perfectly in the fresh air vents on the dash as they are not really needed.

When I did my sound system I found it really hard to find any ideas on-line as most searches result in "I prefer the exhaust note".

I didn't like the finish of the rear pod speaker adapters that my PO had fitted, so I went about making a baffle that fits behind with a beige fabric cover, this house some 5 1/4" slim-line component speakers, i was trying to fit some 5x9 speakers in there for a bit more bass but had issue with the hood mech.

Quite pleased with the finish, and it looks a bit more "factory" than the adapters - I fitted Range Rover Beige seat belt trims to the holes as well (not seen in the pic)

For the front the PO had some door cards re-made without the pockets, but had some small speakers fitted, I made some rings up and fitted a pair of 5 1/4" component speakers in there with the tweeters on the dash, these could have been bigger, but I had some speakers to use from a previous install.

All in all very please with the speaker locations and sound from them, I will be fitting some form of "under seat" sub-woofer into the hood bin though next year.

I thought I had some better pictures of it all finished but cant seem to find them!!! Hope the ideas help.
