Your link isn't working, personally I'm not a great fan of Sealey tools and would rate the Halfords pro range above them.

I do have a 19.2 volt Sealey 1/2" drive impact gun which is/has been very good and still 100% but their roll cab's seem a bit cheaply made from what I have seen.

I've had the Professional 7-drawer chest for about 10 years and it is still as good as new. It has been paired with the 4-drawer Intermediate chest for several years and that one is good too.
