Ordered a car cover from Hamiltons at the N.E.C on the 14th November. It came today but the logo and the colour of the logo was wrong, not a big problem, i rang up and explained the problem. My point is they could not have been more helpful to a customer who has already paid, arranging pick up and rushing new one through. Just wanted to give some positive feedback to a company who seems to care about their customers.
