I've got a few grill badges in amongst my spares and thought I'd test the water with these two seeing as they are the best of the bunch.
I'm as shocked as you lot and I'll only believe it's sold for that much once the auction ends and I've got the money.
There was a few bids placed on Saturday night so maybe someone had a few to many beers and got a bit carried away with the bidding
The mk1 (grey) badge I also have advertised is the better of the two but not making as much money.
I would have been happy with £100 for the black one but it seems the demand is high for them - also if I end it early eBay still charge you 10% of the price its bid up to now.
I've got a really nice one on my manual stag and actually prefer the look of the car without them as well Stagstan
