Where did you get that roll

It doesn't follow the original design, in having a flap out at the bottom but, being self adhesive, it retains any moisture or water inside the door cavity to drain out of the original drain holes.

            Hi Julian,

It really looks very neat and as you say will do a great job. Can I ask you where you got the roll as I think I will follow your lead.

            Regards John H.

Oops id not get to the bottom of the string. Thanks for the advice.

Darren, they were fitted to various Citroens in the 80s - I think GSA and possibly BX although, thereafter, I suspect they were specifically model related moulded ones.

I bought a roll from Citroen many years ago and, for some sad reason , I remember the beginning of the part number, but not all of it. It was ZC 9867 *** U (*** were possibly 499). I guess if you can find a friendly Citroen dealer with someone old in the parts department then they may be able to help you.

However I expect other, more common, cars may well have used something similar and people like Woolies or other trim specialists may be able to help you.

              Cheers

Guess so - looks a bit shinier than the one I used but nobody will see it.

Only thing to think about is how thick they are - I guess mine was only about 1 or 2 mm.

                    Cheers
