    Sun visors

I have just been given a new pair of sun visors as a birthday present purchased from paddocks ,the old ones had taken a battering from the soft top . When I tried to fit them they are completely different the original ones .there is no mounting bracket and as far as I can see there is no way of fitting one without a lot of butchery . Just wondering any one else has had this problem

I got new visors when I rebuilt last year if I remember rightly you have to make a small hole in the PVC for your original brackets to slot into as the old visors will just pull off the brackets without having to remove them from the car.

I have some of these new visors and you have to re use the old mounting brackets.

just pull the old one out of the rubber block then twist and pull it off the metal stay that runs through it.

Then Punch you new one on first puncturing a hole with a cross head screw driver or similar.
