Bah Humbug grumpy Stag

Took the Staaaaag out for a special Christmas day treat ,so how did react to the cold wet and windy weather ?
At the petrol station fuel cap reused to open ,and offside side lights failed to spark in to life, as I took Dad home

ps very rarely take the stag out at night and every time i say "these dash board lights are total rubbish *(*&678**)" ,and i do not remember my 2.5 PI being that bad ,was it ?

My dashboard lights are all but useless. There was a thread about fitting LED lights behind the dashboard which seemed successful. If you do go that route please take photographs and share these so I can see how it would be done. I am pretty useless at electrics.
BTW, I took my Stag out and found I was being hooted at every time I turned left. My left hand rear indicator light had decided stop working. The cure was simply taking the light out and reinstalling it.
