    door mechanisims

    hi all,

    does anyone know of any mods for the stag door locks etc,would like to fit central locking but mine will need a refurb .does anybody do this work in the southeast preferably essex.

    Hi Steve,

    I think that Monarch do an alarm system that includes central locking. I don't know any details though.

        Hi Steve

        When you buy an alarm make sure it does central locking, fitting the locking motors onto the doors is no problem, but also check whether you can fit an additional module that will cover window closing, the wiring on that is not so straight forward but an auto electrician should be able to sort it out. So one click and the whole lot is locked doors and windows, and you can also fit a lock onto the boot lid.
