Rear lights

I've changed the rear bulb holders on my mk2.

There was what I think an earth wire linking ( ie from indicator to tail light )on each side.

Does anyone else have this.
As I forgot to take a picture.
Need to know were to link connection from and to were.

The new bulb holders need a seperate earth wire to each. The old ones were earthed through the metal of the rear light unit. There will be one earth connection to a tag on the metal of the light.

It's a pig to sort out, that's why my new ones are in the bag in the garage, not in my car!!
