They are available from at least two of the usual Stag part suppliers:

or
Rimmer Bros: http://www.rimmerbros.co.uk/cgi-bin/...tag/hood-frame Part No. 715455/6
You should check, but Rimmer Bros offering is for both both cables, the rear latch and the cover release. Paddocks' appears to be the same but the description is pretty minimal. I am sure they will be available elsewhere as well.
