The car looks good to me, welcome to Stag ownership I am also just getting used to it finally buying one in May this year. I remember SP autos and often used to go there and day dream although I can also recall some rumours about a number of cars they sold. I am also in Romford so might see you about if it stops raining.

    Cheers Steve
Hi Steve i will look out for you although it is very rare to see a stag around here on the road

    Hi Darren

When will we see the car then? I expect you will want to bring it up to our meeting in dry after spending so much time polishing it.

Nice car and welcome to the Forum or mad house as its sometimes referred to

    Andrew

    PS: Hi Steve also!

Andrew i will do my best to get to one of the next meets - i doubt it will be in the Stag though as i am in the process of getting the bits together to rebuild the suspension as it has a cracked os front spring on it and i am going to take the opportunity to fit uprated springs all round and lower ita little .

While i am there i am going to start cleaning the underside and paint it up also

        Hi Darren

You are welcome anytime. I wouldn't expect you to use it in this weather anyway.

The December's meeting is just going to be the area's Christmas meal and the January meeting will be cancelled, so may be see you at the February meeting and by then I am sure you will have it in A1 condition

        Once again welcometo the Forum

            Quite right Steve

I am hoping to use mine a lot more now that I have my engine rebuilt. I have only covered 90 miles so far and, touch wood, its looking good and nice and quiet compared to how she was. It turned out to be 2 loose valve guides.

            Cheers

It will get used alright - I havent waited 18years to get one and just going to look at it

It is my 3rd vechicle though as i have another car and a van and also the finance has her car as well so i wil try not to abuse it and take it out when the weather is too bad.
