Just back from a Bristol SOC trip to the Forest of Dean - five Stags in convoy, glorious. White, white, green, blue, red.
The food wasn't too shabby either!!
The bigger one "Sparky" he is a Welsh Border Colie, "Buddy" the Pup ,is as the PC brigade now say, of dual heritage a lot of Border Collie but possibly a bit of Whippet or something similar involved. Both are rescues, Sparky came from Battersea 6 1/2 years ago and was about 5 months old and Buddy from a Border Collie recuse centre in Northampton. He was 11 weeks old when we got him a year ago this month.
I've always had rescue dogs, Buddy is our 5th.
Ian.

Thanks Ian,
And your avatar? He looks a similar breed to my untutored eye.
Well, it wasn't today, it was Tuesday, but fitted a magnetic ignition from LD parts, took out its old points, what a transformation! Now I really love our Stanley, goes like hot s**t all the way to 6000. Thank you Peter for a wonderful "invisible" upgrade.
Cheers
Andy
1973 Stag (called Stanley), White, ongoing work in progress.
Am currently in the U.K., and for the first time in many visits to Chester saw a Stag in the City Centre.
It was a carmine red model reg JRN ???? seen driving past the "Roman Gardens" at about 4.45pm.
We were just on our way back from Chester Races where the misses came out in profit but I picked 2 "donkeys".
Was it anyone who uses the Forum?
Fly down to Bournemouth on Tuesday and hope to see some Classics down there before returning to Tenerife.
Smell of petrol coming from the boot. Nothing immediately obviously wrong with the hoses and pipes. Hope to god its not the tank leaking as a new one from EJ Wards is £492 and they are out of stock
Jason. You really use your car for what it was designed for. All credit to you.
Cheers John. I noticed some oil around the left head gasket when I got to the hotel though. If it gets me home ok I'll try and torque up the heads, I've never done that in 10'years
