Brought mine back from the wedding trip to Sheffield. I don't like the M5 but Mabel the Stag seems to, capering off to highly illegal speeds if I don't hold her back......

Didnt think you could get up to illegal speeds on the M5? Due to traffic and road works?

Started it for the first time since May, don't judge me, I've had a lot on!
Stag now residing in its new temporary home at my mum's until I get my new place, onwards and upwards!

Today a mile stone achieved in the return to the road in 2017. I etch primed the A pillar and front bulk head valance. All went according to plan and now onto some primer next weekend. The assembly process has begun.

I've always used plastic funnels, trim them down and cut a slit in the side so they can be removed at the crucial moment. After use they hold the toothbrushes I use for cleaning the tyre treads.

I have quite a lot of clear protective film spare. the type that is applied to glass to prevent vandals etching there names and other things on the windows of public transport.

Picked up my re chromed windscreen capping this morning which is like new now.

Next is to work out how to stop the hood locking handles scratching it when putting the hood up - some plastic film round locking holes ?

Did you get that from Ray (Chromeworld on ebay) Neil ?

Me and my wife witnessed tyre tread cleaning with said toothbrush at a show. I must say I know my limits when cleaning a car. My wife just muttered get a life
