I took mine to Daventry where a nice chap called Russ of Ultimate Windscreens replaced my cracked one (careful matron). He even took me into town so I didn't have to pace the garage for two hours and then picked me up afterwards. Recommended by Richard G - cheers mate

Good, glad the recommendation went well.
My Stag is still in bits, I did think about going out to the garage to do some work on reconnecting up the heater etc, decided to do it tomorrow instead.Or Thursday.
I bought a new dashboard set at Resto show on Sunday so must get ready to fit when its ready.
Did anybody see Julie and Tonys Stag at the show, just resprayed, looks really good, same colour as mine so I must get polishing before I can take mine out!
My insures got me to pay more excess because I used a specialist fitter (Ultimate), instead of their approved supplier Autoglass, who wouldn't do it! And my insurers are "Specialists" on Classics.
This morning removed one halfshaft to replace both UJs - inner one went well, outer one has become a ****ing challenge...................will attack it again tomorrow
