I can't compete on "biggest length" carried, but can when it comes to "biggest weight/most things crammed into the car".
In 2004 when my wife and I emigrated to Tenerife in the Stag, we took a lot of our belongings with us in the car.
There wasn't an inch of space left inside the car, in the boot, inside the box on the boot rack, nor on the roof rack, and heaven only knows how much it all weighed. I think the only "light" things carried were the spare toilet rolls on the rear window ledge.
