    Front Cross Member

I've got a spare front cross member which I want to get powder coated, I've noticed that there are two what look like rubber bump stops. Anyone know please how these are held in place, are they bonded on?
Really need to take these off before I get the powder coating done.

    Hi Dave,
I seem to remember fitting these on mine. From what I remember they are a push fit on like a taper and just lock in on the edge of the hole they are fitted to. You should be able to ease them out.

Put lots of fairy liquid on first but wash off right away.
