Why not ask James Paddock, or Alexanders who took over the repairs part of the business in Chester when Paddocks concentrated just on parts & moved.

I'm in Cheadle Hulme and Auto link Services here do most of the work on my Stag. Although they've never painted my car I've seen some of the work Simon has done on other cars and its pretty thorough. I'll ask him if you want
I had my car restored by Spraybake in Whixall near Whitchurch. It was about 6 years ago and they didan excellent job and wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Not the cheapest, but one of the best.
He also did my Dolomite Sprint about 10 years ago, I have wonnumerous concours prizes with the Dolomite and it still looks great 10yrs on.I went back to them for the Stag.

Thanks for the tip off about Spray-Bake. I had no idea such a company existed to so close to where I live. I will contact them next week for a quotation although I suspect it will be outside of my price range.
