Your pics look great! I hope its not too long before you get to appreciate the amazing Stag driving experience.

However you can possibly help me! I have another classic that I suspect has "varnish" in tank that got stirred up with disastrous results after fill at petrol station with "fast" pumps. Now its settled all is OK ....?
I intend to drain tank by siphoning and suction pump and finally if it budges the drain plug in the bottom of the tank. Question is what do you or have had recommended to flush the tank? The only recommendation I have had on another forum is thinners.

                Any alternative suggestions appreciated

                H

                    Hi H,

Frost's do a cleaning, coating, repair kit. I had the same prob with my rover p6 which had been off the road for 12 years, I fitted cheap fuel filters after having cleaned tank and replaced regularly to stop crud going into carb.

                    Thanks,

                    Richard.

Hmmm..., red. We like red: means the blood doesn't show up so much... .
                        Welcome to the asylum, Richard.

                          Many thanks to you!

                          Will look at this product.

As said if you get this Stag sorted you will be amazed at the driving experience.

                          All the best

Thanks guys, will have plenty of questions.

First of which is; for a 1975 Stag what would the tyre size have been? I have tried to figure out from searching forum but get a bit confused
