8 page main feature in June issue of Practical Performance Car + double page photo on index pages and front cover. Well worth a read and more articles to follow in future issues.
    Can't wait.
p.s. I get my mag on sub, so mayn't be in shops until later next week.

First time I met Neil at a SOC National Day, many years ago in his TR I think, he was wearing a PPC T shirt.
Well done Neil will be looking out for that issue!

My copy arrived this morning as well. My parents looked for a spare copy in WH Smiths this afternoon but it hadn't hit the shelves yet.

A couple of slight errors appeared, on the last page they have printed a photo of my Stag engine estate thinking it was the one with the hard top, hence the Strombergs.

If I had ever managed 190bhp on those I wouldn't have bothered with efi!

The other little one was it said I had reached 7300 rpm on the rolling road, the engine actually has the limiter set at 7000, but I commented that 7300 was actually the limit of the standard pistons.
I actually got that wrong as well..... Tony Hart actually told me 7250 but I had forgotten until I re read his email from a few years ago.

Otherwise I am very happy with the feature, and I wish I could take photos as well as the professional photographer who did them, even if he did do Motorbikes not cars for a living!
Emma, the writer, loved the car even though she stalled it half a dozen times while setting up for some group shots.

It was at this point I realised I was driving around a mapping problem at low revs, and a bit of fiddling with ignition timing improved things no end!

Very much looking forward to the other features, I think it is going to be my V8 Toledo next

              Strange,

Cant find it in WHS yet locally but on the PPCM website it only shows May - or do they not put the newest on when its on sale...?

I have ordered a copy from their website, it's easier. Very much looking forward to reading Neil's article.

I shall get myself a copy. Then get Neil to sign it when I next see him (probably New Years Day) be worth a fortune then!
