Master light switch wiring

I purchased a new master light switch from Rimmer Bros, my old switch is brown wire to terminal 4 red wire to 1 and blue to terminal 8 my new switch is marked with terminal 1 2 3 can anyone please tell me which wire goes where?

In the absence of the documentation I'd expect to be supplied, I'd check with a meter which contacts connect through at each of the positions.

To answer my own question phoned Rimmers today and was told blue wire from terminal 8 goes to terminal3
Red wire from terminal1to terminal2 & brown wire from terminal 4 to terminal 1
Hope this helps if anyone is fitting new switch
