    Seat reupholstery- any tips?

The foams in side my front seats have pretty much disintegrated on both the backs and seat squabs. In addition the drivers side seat diaphragm has split, turning the seat into very deep bucket seat and me walking like a chimpanzee when I climb out.

I have bought two new seat diaphragms, new seat foams and various clips. I plan to reuse the existing seat covers for the time being as comfort is of more important than appearance. Maybe if I drop big enough hints, Father Christmas might feel generous.

I have the Triumph workshop manual which details seat removal, tip, recline and squab height adjustments etc.

My question is - does anyone have any tips on fitting the foams and diaphragm and refitting the old seat covers?

    All advice welcome.

Thanks for the link. Forgot to buy any upholstery spray glue, fingers crossed that I can get some tomorrow. The very good instructions are for the multi foam panel Aldridge seats, mine are one peice foams from Robsport, but I think the advice on the cut outs and the hessian panels is very useful. I'm guessing that my seatback webbing will be pretty slack and I hadn't realised that there was any in there in the first place, so something else to put on the shopping list.

Does anyone know of any ready made webbing sections?
