Battery Health

Starter has been clicking before eventually firing up. So decided to check health of battery and bought a Laser Hydrometer. After charging overnight four cells registerd 75% two 100% At what point do I need to change the battery? Or should I be looking at a wiring fault.

I use the car regularly and with dark nights coming up (headlights) should I change the battery or look at fitting a relay into the circuit.

Fit a relay in the circuit which will protect the ignition switch contacts probably wont stop the clicking ( if it does its only temporary ) then remove and strip the solenoid clean the contacts flip over the plate and put it all back together.
