Penn, that's just down the road from me in Lee Common - if you need a DB9 house sitter - you know where I am!
Good luck with it. I always look in "and try and taste the classic car buns" through the window with my lads when over at footie fixtures.
Talking of buns, have you checked out the Chiltern Aston Centre, just down the road - lovely place! http://www.chilternaston.co.uk/ - well worth a visit.
