Looks really nice , they appear to have the same size dish as the Australian challenger wheels which faversham classics used to supply for the stag ! Can I ask how much for the wheels and tyres ? Thx Graham
They look really good Mike, re the tow bar I bought mine from Rimmers and it's not the prettiest of things so I welded the fixing nuts to the boot floor and now I can remove it by undoing 5 bolts, trouble is after all that I've removed it and never put it back on.
That's a much better picture. The fronts look spot on. Even some standard wheel jut out very slightly at the rear some more so just on one side. I matter how many calcs you do it's always nice to try.
Thanks for sharing Mike

Hi Graham,
They are on the Rimmers website at just over £950 but I was lucky and got the 15% off option, plus tyres which are Coopers (who own Avon now) at £280.00.
The dish is very similar to the Performance wheels but they only go up to a 15" diameter.
Transformed the car in my opinion with no loss of any Stag qualities.
Its very useful as a jacking point too - no need to bend anything underneath....
Also, the "rubbing" I mentioned was purely the rear arches where the inner arch protruded a little over the outer on the top of the arch - It's been dealt with and now looks and feels much more uniform than it did. It will be properly painted and sealed of course but no damage at all to the external arch paintwork in the process thankfully.

Thx mike for the price info , how much metal did you have to remove from the arch lips or lip ? Did u use an angle grinder to do it ? Regards Graham
Just to clarify, regarding the rear arch modifications, am I correct in that you have a wider track anyway with the BMW rear end transplant?
Edit: found your comment, not sure if you have or you haven't!
It's a pity the track is so much wider at the back than the front, I know it's made even worse by transplanting the BMW rear end.
Sorry Mike,
No - mine is a standard read end but I know with the BMW transplant it is rather wider (Stagdad can say exactly how much as he has done that mod') and, as s result of that, different offsets are needed front to rear - deeper inset at front and not a lot at the rear.
Unless you do something like this !:
