Really enjoyed the various club mag. articles about Le Mans classics, I'd like to book and go for my big birthday in two years time when friends can recycle any old 5 year old cards! What are your top 5 tips?
Seemed to be joining Triumph Sports club ?
Getting paddock passes?
Booking track day?
Taking a spare fuel pump..?

I used Travel Destinations for Le Mans and met up with Koy, Stagdad, Kryten, Stagmuffin, Arbman Al, Bob Heritage and Staggard. We camped in the circuit at the Honudiers(?) campsite. Don't know how to spell it.

You don't need to join the Triumph club, TSSC use Terte Rouge as their campsite, stayed with them on my first trip but prefer TD.

That's coz we were all there. Having said that I'm not sure about Russ being all there How's the shoulder ?

Hi Graham, agree about Russ and Guy for that matter! Shoulder is still deformed, collar bone sticks out at the shoulder end. Will need an op to put right but as it's not causing any problems it can stay like it. Michelle just says I have an even bigger chip on my shoulder

Yes mate all done and dusted, I think you should go for the operation it may be ok now but trust me these things come back to bite you in the a**se when you get older.

Congratulations from me too Graham, nice photos, and it looked like a good day for it.

Going to a friends Wedding do myself later today (Wednesday), a blessing on a boat in Galletas, but the weather forecast here is for a storm at some time today!

If you ignore the "19" at the beginning of the year number on top of the building (comented on by Koy 23), it's how long Maureen & I will have been married this coming January, and we will be on a boat ourselves then on our way to Peru (looking for Paddington Bear!).

Will have owned my Stag 23 years next year, just 20 years short of my first love.
