Pity you can't see the Story behind the V6 Stag which was built from a scrap car with the spares sold to Stag Owners. You'll be glad to know the Classic Modified Class - the aim is not to destroy each others car - that is banger racing although you do and will get a bit of contact as in BTC Touring Cars in a cheaper way.
Paul Read who's car it is, has had nothing but positive comments on his car although it seems he can't please everyone.
So you decry any owner of a Stag with a Rover / Ford Engine in it or a different back axle or different wheels as in essence they are lookalikes too - shame as the forum is full of great guys modifing their Stags with spectacular results.
See link of the Stag in action ( when painted black )
Taken from Racetrack FB Page, for others who don't subscribe to FB - an interesting fact of this type of Racing.
The Brundle family from Kings Lynn started their racing careers at Pott Row and Swaffham before going on to successful Grand Prix and Touring Car careers, amongst many other things. Here we have Martin's younger brother Robin at Swaffham in the late '70s.( photo is on FB )

Thank you for your reply with all your totally incorrect assumptions, do you work for the Daily Mail?? What in the world made you think I decried anyone who modified their cars.
