Automatic Gearbox Green Arrow under cover...remove?

Hello again...the green plastic has dropped off the back of the gear indicator (Borg Warner35) so I've bought a new one...now then before I break off vital clips and flanges etc.
Could anybody give me a quick run through,I'm assuming the cover comes off as does the Handle on the gear selector.
But any advice much appreciated

You need to lift the wood and undo the two small screws from underneath to release the plastic then turn 90degrees to slide over T handle.
