Another Newbie

What's the general consensus on mileage ?
Are high mileage stags a problem, if they've had restoration done does it matter what the mileage is ?
Also if a Stag has been stood for a few years what are the likely problems apart from corrosion ?

I bought mine with 100,000 + miles on the clock but the file that came with it suggested that the only thing that had not been touched in the previous 5 years was the BW65 auto box. I was prepared to take a chance on that, it runs as smooth as a babies bottom. (Am I allowed to say that?)
