    TR6 Front Spoiler

I'm sorry if this has been covered before, but I couldn't find the answer in a search.

How easy is it to fit the TR6 front spoiler?

Rimmers list both a plastic OE style and a fibreglass version, what's the best option?

    Thanks in advance.

Well I did a search under Front spoiler and came up with 17 pages of threads.

The 4th one down under TR6 spoiler http://socforum.com/forum/showthread...Front+spoilers has photos and comments upon how to fit it and tips about spacers where needed. I haven't opened or read the other pages but you may find other information there in addendum, sorry if you've already been down this trail.

Don't forget these people as well - I believe they supply some of the trade:

Also Moss Europe where I got mine - it's a proper TR6 plastic one, I wouldn't go for a fibreglass one myself..

          Cheers

Ignoring cost, what's advantage of plastic over glassfibre or vice versa?

Fibreglass ones don't fit as easily and are less resilient plus, because the TR one is an original part it doesn't lookmso much like a aftermarket part..

I would add from across the pond that the TR6 spoiler is an easy fit, looks good, and surely directs more cooling air into the engine bay. I used the screw together type of rivet for an easy installation.
