Stag in Daily Mail Weekend suplement

In the daily mail weekend magazine they have 2 pages on old cars,with each picture comes an unfunny typical daily mail type comment.

Jibes about the slowness of a Reliant Robin,the ugliness of the Allegro,etc,etc and also the suposed suave image of the stag, of a man in a cravat and wearing his driving gloves and a safari jacket, basically taking the p***.

All i can say is at least every car didnt look like a poxy vw with a personel number plate of BORE1.

You see what they don't realise is that the cravat can come in very handy for wiping your hands on after roadside maintenance.....

I just make sure I have copies of the Mail to lie on when I have to do roadside repairs, oh, and to wipe my hands on. I would never sully my cravat.
