Just a bit of warning - I purchased this exact kit from Halfords at £40 - it's all good except the trolley jack release valve needs really tightening hard, or it slowly goes down under the car weight.....doesn't give you much time to get the stands in place. Otherwise all ��

Evening Rob bought mine about 4years ago same kit from Havant Halfords used a lot on both cars no problems as yet.

I've had two of Halfords trolly jacks not holding up. Take it back pronto and complain. It is very dangerous to use a defective jack, you never know if and when it will suddenly go down rapidly and trap you while you're trying to fix an axle stand.

ive got a halfords jack that gradually sinks too! it is probably 7-8 years old now, and not used for anything critical! Ive got a proper heavy duty workshop trolley jack now.

I bought the same jack, had to take it back twice. Dont use it without stands. Lowers on its own no matter how tight the valve. Mark
