Gap at the back of the soft top hood

Hi all

Started to fiddle with the hood this afternoon as it will not fold back in the stowed area.

The hood is tight at the front and takes a bit of pushing to get closed but close it does.

On the near side the spring bar pops out of the retaining clip when I try to fold up.(not always however)
On the offside as I fold up the back, the frame catches on the right hand bend ( this is clear on the near side) any suggestions on adjustment welcome.


What should be the gap from hinge to hood rear when folding down.

Ok hood off I'm guessing as I can't get the thing to act the same on both sides.

Hood was put on with the frame before being put on the car, so I'm thinking it's not been put on right. (Not by me)
