R/O/S indicator not working.

For some reason my rear offside indicator is not working. All other indicators and hazards are fine. It's not the bulb as I have tried several. As an aside but not so critical, the reversing light on the same side is not working, again not the bulb.

Any ideas greatly appreciated but be gentle I am a novice! Many thanks.

This is an earthing problem. Take out bulbs holders and rub around the edge of where the bulbs holders push into with a bit of sand paper and clean contacts in holders also, if that fails put an earth wire from car body to rear light fitting.

Yes, I've had this problem and I agree with Tim. Also, once cleaned up and working, spray on WD40 to all fittings to help keep moisture out.

I would give odds much better than evens it will come back ,the earthing on the rear lights is marginal
