Refurbishing alloys
I've 5 alloys, however the spare looks a little ropey. The back face has the paint? peeling off and under that the surface is powdery (I'm also missing 3 of the 'stag' centres, but that's another problem).
The question is - is there a point where the alloys are unrecoverable, or do I just take them along to a reputable restorer and get them looking like new again? Either way I won't be doing anything until next winter when I can block the car up and take all the wheels off at the same time.
