Veredestein classics 185x70x14 are a respected tyre on here including myself , I have them on , they fill the wheel arch nicely , perform good , also have the Kerbing moulding too , regards Graham

Many people use their 185/80HR14..........

I would also recommend the Vredestein 185/80HR14 Sprint Classic. One of the few available in the original size and rating, and with the distinctive kerbing bead.
I'm using Uniroyal Rainexpert 175/80HR14 which are fabulous and seem to suit my driving style very well..... They are H rated (130mph) and the 175 width was specified for a time on the Stag.
