Hi all, at long last the stag is in colour now, but i have a problem with the passenger door. I have rebuilt the frame, and fitted a new skin, but the flippin thing wont fit the appature properly. The swage line is almost a 1/4 inch high at the front, but everything else looks good. It also sits out at the top 3rd at the front. Bottom of the door to the swage line at the front is bigger than the drivers door which fits fine. Has anyone else had a problem with door skins?? (Soc pannel) i know i should have picked this up before paint, but my first time doing it, oh well learn from my mistakes!

The first time i fitted a door skin i had trouble getting the frame in,id got the skin and door frame to tight,when i fit them now i screw a peace of wood in place of the frame, so you cant get it to tight,post some pictures be easier to work out what you need to do,always try fit a panel before you paint,i know easier said that done
