Hiya, I hope the following is helpful. There are three types, all must be green and quads, singles are useless except BA7s. Check voltage, 24V no good. Clock, BA7s single, bayonet, no change to holder. Google > redline < single £1.95 All others. BA9s quad, Bayonet, need new holders, redline. X10 £14.95 single £2.95 Speedo and Tacho. E10 quad, same size but screw base so no change to holder. > autolumination.com < dearer, but you only need 2. It's a USA site but safe and quick. Bulb holders, Google > polevolt < one word, and note the spelling, BA9s holder, single 70p. All you need is a few spades and insulators, the swap is easy.
It might look complex, but it's not, the difference in visibility is astonishing. Martin.
I've just fitted the classiccarleds to all the gauges. I went for the white ones and there is a noticeable improvement, not as bright as the green ones above but the gauges shown are different to mine. They fit without changing the holder and are dimmable.
I've also got the leds for the warning light cluster but that looks a much more difficult swap, any advice on this is welcome.

I have white LED's in all my interior lights and instruments except for the warning light cluster and they are a vast improvement over the originals.
I would be interested to know where you obtained the LED's for your warning light cluster. It is easy to the out and take apart. Just ease out the dashboard. remove the closet and you will see how to take it apart.
--do they fit w/o changing the holders? and
--are they dimmable?

Agree with DJT regarding classic car LEDs, good company to deal with. Don`t know if dimmable because I bypassed dimmer control. As I wanted brighter lights why would I want to dim them?

Hi Noel,
I got the warning light cluster leds from classiccarleds.co.uk but some work to the bulb holders is required according to their website.

A bit of work but good results can be had from installing red, green, blue LED strips in the cans of the gauges and using a cheap controller to determine the colour ( about 20 to chose from)depending on your mood and has a dimming option
