favour compare ride

hi looking for a small favour I've had my car now for a few years and improved it quite a bit but every time I drive it nice drive but keep thinking if I can improve the ride in any way especially on b roads going decent speeds my problem is ive never really been in another stag since ive had mine so cant compare it to anything its a mid range car 8-10k I suppose
just wondered if anyone has the time and are kind enough were I can come down and take a ride in both to see how they compare if you know what I mean. not far I wont drive just be a passenger
i live in Heathrow area but work in barking Essex and sometimes bring the car in so anyone local would be good

Hi Richard, I live in Dagenham, my car is auto. As far as I know the ride is standard. Been poly bushed. No bells or whistles. I think it drives great...but then I would Your welcome to come round. ps not if it raining. Mark

My local multi-marque classic car club runs several "events" at its monthly N&N's. One of these is "Come drive with me" where members can get a ride in other classic owners cars.

On the last occasion I had the opportunity to swap rides with another (New) Stag owner.

I thought mine was good! His (Mk1) was much smoother and somewhat quieter than mine(Mk2) except for the exhaust burble which on his was a distinctly different note. Whilst we compared exhausts under body - both stainless and same layout and aparent diameters even at tailpipe I did not think to see whether he had a tubular manifold?

My point is why not have this "drive with me" as a feature at Stag N&N's
