That is a link to the USA site. The european site and the Product Information sheet on the european site mention ZDDP but do not quote the levels. I emailed them about this asking for the specific level of ZDDP in VR1 supplied to the european market. The reply I received avoided the question simply stating that "VR1 was still suitable for my car". Since then I have changed to the Classic Oils 20W50 as they specifically quote the ZDDP level, where as Valvoline Europe do not and will not.

Valvoline doesn’t just set the bar for premium products and services. We raise it. Relentless innovation has been the heart of our company since 1866.

Look at the product information sheet on that webpage, no actual level of ZDDP is quoted.

This quotes only performance level SL (API), (1000ppm ZDDP level required) where as the USA Product information sheet quotes an older performance level of SH (with higher limits on ZDDP).

I have mentioned this on the forum before that the formulation of VR1 appeared to have changed in europe ..............
