Any recommendations for re-chroming rear bumper

It seems it might be easiest (and best?) to get my rear bumper section re-chromed as there are spots of rust on it. Any recommendation on where I take them and are they easy to remove?

They should be easy but as always with my luck when i wanted to remove mine i found captive nuts had given up so the PO had welded the brackets on instead of fixing the captive nut situation.
