I've fitted a rover P6/SD1 engine in my stag but it appears the short nosed Rover water pump will still foul the radiator. Has anyone else had this problem and if so how have you overcome it. Thanks Terry

I don't know if this helps, but when I had one with an SD1 engine the radiator was installed at an angle like in the picture attached.

I've got a bespoke radiator which, as described above, is let into a cut out in the front panel and there is plenty of room to slide the rad in and out. The cut out was made by the PO.

I am using the standard size Stag radiator with my 4.2 Rover engine. The top is the standard set up (not cut out) just the bottom is located to the front of the lower radiator support panel.
Can never remember how to load photos so if you PM me your email address I will forward pictures.1978 mk2 with Rover 4.2 V8 fuel injected, Datsun half shafts, rear disc brakes, Image 15" wheels.
