    Which diff with new CW&P?

I am just about to buy a Stag 3.7 differential with a new CW&P.

Who has bought one, fitted it and done some useful miles on it, and can tell me that all is well? And where from you bought it?

I don't want to know about 3.45 diffs, diffs with used CW&P, or diffs from miscellaneous German cars.

    Thanks, Richard

    Hi Richard,

got mine from Paddocks, there is the slightest whisper on it I could call it a whine but other than that it’s a great unit - no problems at all.

    Cheers

Richard, I bought a recon one from Fitchett's and recall that they did supply new crown wheel and pinnioned ones also, may be worth a call, there is nothing listed on the site but the it is never up to date. I am happy the with the second one they supplied (the first one whines after 1000 miles and was exchanged without question.

For goodness sakes get one from MARCUS!!

Forget new crown and pinions.....they are OERLIKON.
        THAT IS THE PROBLEM

        I HATE OERLIKON STUFF.
I built units number 1 and 2 when they first arrived in Germany back in 1993.
        IT WAS NOT FUN.
