    Interesting looking at these charts but makes me ask a question. Delft Blue is shown as used 1973-1975 but my Delft Blue car was registered in May 1976 so did they have a stockpile of finished cars prior to registration or were they using up old paint? I don't have any information as to when my car was actually manufactured

      Delft Blue, 136, was used on Stags in model year 1975 (from May 1975) through MY 76 and MY 77 - end of production.

        I worked in BL dealerships from the late sixties to early eighties and i don't recognise quite a few of the colour names.

        The last swatch refers to imported cars, could these be colours used on models exported from the UK to USA ? PPG are and American company.

          Thanks for the info Dave. It would appear then that these paint colours may relate to cars made for the American market as it appears to be a US site when I clicked on the registry button at the top of the page
