There should be a 3/4" rubber foot in each of the rear corners of the hardtop that just keeps the edge of the top off the bodywork. the originals were rubber caps that fitted over a 5/16 unc bolt. On my top one was missing and the other about to fall off. lose the caps and the bolts could make a nice mess of your paintwork on the rear deck panel.
Could not find replacements from any of the usual suspects but found these on Ebay (search screw fastened foot), they are nice compliant rubber, 30mm dia which is better than original. They are M8 threads but as the receptacle is plastic and so few threads are engaged they easily screw in by hand after you have first run a M8 bolt thru the receptacle to 'adjust' the thread. They are then tight enough that no locknut is required and not loose enough to undo by themselves. - Alan
