Hi there,

I was wondering whether anyone out there has any information or history with respect to this car? It is currently for sale in Norfolk having been purchased from an auction in Kings Lynn last summer. The previous owner to that was apparently a SOC member and had the car from 2006. I have contacted the Norfolk branch of the SOC and whilst being extremely helpful and friendly they are unable to shed any light on this Stag.

Long shot I know but any info would be greatly received - my quest for ownership continues....

Hi Jimmy Sorry can't help with the info on FBP 661L but with regards to your quest if i was in your position now and looking for a stag i would seek out someone with both knowledge and ownership of these cars and be prepared to pay for there time and expenses if necessary. I would consider this money well spent. Chris

Hi Jimmy, You probably know of the online MOT history checker, but if not the link is below. It shows that the car was off the road for 10 years.

Many thanks for that. It would appear that it's been off road for the years it apparently belonged to an SOC member.
The registration date on the site is not what is quoted on the V5 - is that unusual?

Just noticed mine is registered 15 months prior on the checker site to the log book.

I notice that both my Midget and Stag both fail their MOT tests the day before they are tested. Need to speak to my mate about that, he tests them.
