The Rilsan shafts came from me - my drive shaft supplier has produced hundreds of this type including competition 4x4 vehicles - the seal will work perfectly and last a very long time. Perhaps the seal would last longer than bellows....?

In terms of greasing the hub uj - just like any shafts with servicable ujs, the hub end would need to be removed.

Hope you enjoy your new twitch and clonk free handling!

Ah Tony, i'm very pleased with the driveshafts and, as you say, clonk and twitch free handling. Replacing the bushes on the trailing arms next.

I did think the seal would be OK, its just the original has bellows.

How tight should the seal cap be, i did them hand tight then half a turn with pipe grips, is this too much?

Thanks for the reply and info

      Jason

Probably a bit much but I'm sure it will still be fine.
