Needle valves

Today my RH carb had a bout of incontinence while on the move and I dropped to 4 cylinders (fixed with a sharp tap on the float bowl), so the time has come for some new float needles........

Who's the current favourite for supplying decent quality needle valves at the moment?

I have some new ones which came with the carb overhaul kit from Paddocks I can send them to you if you wish mate.

That's a very kind offer Stuart, but I couldn't possibly deprive you of a very handy spare part because of a pikey streak in me - but really really appreciate the offer!

Dave, thanks for that - I'll get on to him in the morning - don't want to waste any more precious petrol on the road - my carbs haven't been touched for 10000 miles anyway other than idle speed, so due a tweak.... might even do the weepy dashpot o ring at the same time....it's a shame I have to touch them in a way coz it runs and idles great with a CO of 3.2%
