Flashing

Hi All

Over the last month amongst a host of other jobsi've fittedthese new headlights from EJWards

I've followed the instructions to a tee, very easy to do and all the lights work as they should, dip and main beams on all 4 and the flash

But with no lights on the flash doesn't work but the main beamlight in the cluster comes on, i have spoke to wards and they said to trycleaning the contacts in the stork, but as the flash works with the lights on i can't seeas that is the problem

Has anyone got any otherideas?

Can you scan and post the wiring diagram they supply with the kit, Stu?

There was no wiring diagram just fitting instructions for the 2 pre made looms

Each loom connects to the original loom via the 2 black wires and the blue/red and blue/white wires

There is a 5 terminal relay fitted to each loom and a host of earth wires that connect to a good earth point on the body

Then you have 3 wires black,blue/red and blue white going to each light, and thats it

are the lights a lot brighter than the old?

Not driven in the dark yet, still got stuff to finish but they are a lot brighteragainst the garage wall

The main beam was never a problem as i had higher wattage bulbs but the dip beam was very poor
