From what you have said I don't think there is a lot you can do .If I understand you correctly the gap between the front wing an the door is ok but the gap between the door and the rear wing is to wide if this is the case then closing the rear gap would open up the gap at the front

          Belated welcome to the asylum!

Measure your body (the holes) and doors and post the dimensions up.

I or one/several of the guys on here will compare the dimensions to their cars and then we can get a concensus as to where yours is wrong and maybe suggest something.

Whereabouts are you by the way? You may be close to another member who can cast his eye over your little problem....

                Cheers Simon

I'll be about until about 2pm, working on mine (carb issues) then I've got to go out and pick up an MGB for repairs to the rear end brakes/suspension.

I'll keep a tape measure handy

                Good luck

thanks stu your measurments are same asour other stag, i took it down to the garage today (even tho it only comes out in the summer had no other choice) and took measurments there all fineon the project car.i have put some spacers behind the hindges and its almost there, plus the painter who is painting the car has been down and said he will sort the rest out at the bodyshop when it goes in for paint in 2 weeks.
