Credit where credit is due

I have been trying to order a threaded fan controller from the Revotec website for a while with no luck, so yesterday, at 16:28 I called them and ordered one over the phone. This morning, at 9:30 it arrived in the post.

Cracking service and cheaper than I could find anywhere else.

I generally prefer to speak to someone rather than order over the web. Keeps someone in a job as well.

You want to try ordering something on the Web from British Companies that refuse to acknowledge that there are other Countries in the World besides the U.K. and insist on you enterring a U.K. Post Code before thay accept your order.!
Many a time I have had to quote my son's address (in Chester) in order to complete an order, but of course this means he gets the goods and I have to pick them up and transport them back to Tenerife next time I am over.
Paypal is just one of those that won't accept a foreign post code.
